Welcome students and families! My name is Lauren Henderson and I am the new School Counselor at Sacred Hearts. I have worked in the mental health field for over five years now in varying roles including: interim school counselor, parent coach, mental health mentor, and case manager to name a few. I graduated from Marquette University in 2016 with my Bachelor’s degree and earned my Master’s degree from Walden University in 2019. I have worked with kids of all ages, backgrounds, and needs. I am excited to join Sacred Hearts this year and take on the role of School Counselor!

I live in Beaver Dam on a small farm with my husband, daughter, and our variety of animals including our rescue pup, Willa, our plethora of mostly nameless barn cats, and a small flock of chickens, and hopefully more animals to come! I love spending quality time with my family at home, and in my free time I love to knit, garden, catch up on my favorite shows, cook, and bake. I am beyond excited to work with the students, staff, and families here in this tight-knit school community!
